ALBANY, N.Y. - ECAC Hockey has announced its women’s weekly award winners for the week ending February 17, 2019, and players from Colgate, Quinnipiac, and Dartmouth have all received honors.

Colgate’s Shae Labbe takes Player of the Week honors for the third time in 2018-19 after leading the Raiders to a pair of wins over Yale and Brown this weekend. In her final regular-season weekend playing at the Class of 1965 Arena, the senior stepped up in a big way, registering six points (2G, 4A). In Friday’s game against Yale, she played a part in four of the teams six goals, scoring one and dishing out three assists in the win.

Lexie Adzija (Quinnipiac) played a big part in her teams weekend sweep as well, recording three assists on the weekend to help the Bobcats outscore their opponents 9-0. She was also dominant in the face-off circle, winning 71% of her draws (23 for 32), and posting a +4 on-ice rating.

Christine Honor (Dartmouth) closed out her final home games with a bang, as the senior allowed just two goals this weekend against No. 4 Clarkson and St. Lawrence. She made 37 saves in Friday’s 3-2 win over the Golden Knights, before stopping all 43 shots she faced in a 0-0 overtime tie against the Saints Saturday afternoon. In total, the Mississauga, Ontario native stopped 80 of the 82 shots she faced for a .976 save percentage.
