Amanda Boulier, who was named one of the Fans’ Three Stars of the Season and was one of four finalists for NWHL Defender of the Year in 2018-19, has re-signed for her third NWHL season and second with the Minnesota Whitecaps.

“The fan support at TRIA Rink in our inaugural NWHL season, highlighted by sellout crowds at all 10 home games, was a testament to the health of women’s hockey in Minnesota,” said Boulier. “We can’t wait to get started on 2019-20 and, along with our fans, defend the Isobel Cup.”

Whitecaps 2019-20 season tickets are on sale now here.

Boulier spent one season with the Connecticut Whale before becoming a Whitecap for Minnesota’s inaugural NWHL season. An All-Star in each of her first two seasons, Boulier has provided a steady defensive presence while also contributing on the scoresheet with her blazing slap shot from the point. In 35 career NWHL games, she has accumulated 25 points (10-15-25). Appearing in all 18 games in the Whitecaps’ Isobel Cup-winning season, she led the league’s defenders with six goals.
