CANTON, N.Y. – Abbie Ives recorded 34 saves in a 2-2 tie with the St. Lawrence Saints on Friday night. Junior Sarah-Eve Coutu-Godbout and senior Randi Marcon scored for the Bobcats in the tie. 
 
Quinnipiac has recorded a 3-0-2 unbeaten record over the last five games. The Bobcats will take on #5 Clarkson tomorrow for the final regular season game.

  • (4:35, 2nd period EV)– Quinnipiac 1, SLU 1: Junior Sarah-Eve Coutu-Godbout scored on the left side of the crease after a pass from freshman Lexie Adzija to sophomore Taylor House. House shot at St. Lawrence's netminder Grace Harrison, and Coutu-Godbout scored on the rebound.

  • (8:17, 3rd period EV) – Quinnipiac 2, SLU 2: Smith scored for the Saints to tie the game 2-2 after a pass from Kalie Grant on the left side.

  • Ives recorded 34 saves in the tie, which is the highest number of saves in 16 games. Ives had 35 saves against Princeton on Dec 1, 2018.  
  • Marcon has tallied at least one point in seven straight games. She scored her 10th goal of the season, which is a career-high, in the tie against the Saints.
  • Coutu-Godbout tallied her third straight goal and sixth straight game with at least one point. 
  • House, Lancaster and Samoskevich all record a helper in the tie.
  • Lancaster leads the team with 20 assists on the season. 
  • The Saints outshot the Bobcats, 36-19. 
  • Quinnipiac went 0-2 on the power play, while St. Lawrence went 1-1.
