NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Junior Carly Bullock scored twice as No. 5 Princeton earned a 4-2 win over Yale at Ingalls Rink this afternoon. The Tigers earn the weekend sweep, after an 8-2 victory at Brown. The sweep caps the Tigers' undefeated Ivy League season at 8-0-2 as the squad claimed the championship for the eighth time.
There's another championship the Tigers are eyeing and that's the ECAC. After this weekend's four points Princeton (17-3-5, 14-1-3 ECAC) is now alone in first place with 31 points. Cornell and Clarkson are three points back with 28 points apiece.

The Princeton power play didn't take long to convert, just 10 seconds, as Bullock ripped a shot from the high slot with Claire Thompson and Sarah Fillier assisting to even the game at 1-1 at the end of the first 20 minutes.
The Tigers had a great response to an offensive push by the Bulldogs, scoring back-to-back goals in a span of 1:20. Bullock netting her second of the game after some great fore checking by Maggie Connors and Fillier. Senior Karlie Lund added her eighth of the season with help from Annie McDonald and Shannon Griffin on an odd-man rush and drew a penalty on the goal.
Skarzynski battled to get a third-chance effort to go for Yale at 12:39 to cut the Tigers' lead to just one.
Bullock earned her third point of the night with a play down the right wing and finding Connors for her 22nd goal of the season.
With two minutes remaining, Yale pulled Tera Hofmann for the extra attacker. Sharon Frankel made a great defensive effort sweeping a juicy rebound on the backdoor.
Junior netminder Stephanie Neatby hung on for the win, making 25 saves as she improves to 4-0-1 on the season.
Hofmann made 30 saves in the losing effort for Yale (7-16-2, 6-10-2 ECAC).
