Lord Lands in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League, signed former Rensselaer forward Andrew Lord to a PTO, Barons general manager Bill Scott announced today.

Lord, a 6-3, 200-pounder from West Vancouver, BC. is in his third season as a professional with the Wheeling Nailers of the ECHL. With the Nailers this season, Lord has 19 points (7-12-19) and 74 penalty minutes. He is third on his team in scoring and leads the Wheeling team in penalty minutes and game-winning goals (3).

This is Lord's second call up to the AHL this season and third overall. In two games with Milwaukee earlier this season he recorded five penalty minutes.
