Schwartz Looking for a Fighting Chance
The following article featuring Yale forward Mandi Schwartz appeared in the June 13 issue of the Hartford Courant.

NEW HAVEN — Her teammates gathered at Yale Commons to say goodbye on April 20, and went by Mandi Schwartz's word that it would not be the last time they would see her.
"She said, 'I'll be back soon,'" said Bray Ketchum. "That has us
all believing, that she was so positive."
Mandi Schwartz, 22, has leukemia and is home in Wilcox,
Saskatchewan, waiting for the donor or donors that could save her
life. She has an army of people back at Yale, and around the world,
aiding in that search.
