NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- The always-challenging trip to the North Country awaits Yale this weekend as the Bulldogs look to start making a move up in the ECAC Hockey standings. Yale split its games against these two teams earlier in the season at Ingalls Rink, beating Clarkson (Friday, 7:00 p.m., Live Stats, Pay-per-view Video) but falling to St. Lawrence (Saturday, 4:00 p.m., Live Stats, Pay-per-view Video). The Golden Knights have reeled off a 7-1-2 record since falling to the Bulldogs. The fifth-ranked Saints are 1-3-1 since starting the season 11-2-2.

Yale-Clarkson
The Bulldogs edged the Golden Knights 3-2 at Ingalls Rink this past November thanks in large part to freshman goaltender Genny Ladiges (Almonte, Ont.), who made 28 saves - including 14 in the second period as Yale built a 3-1 lead. Sophomore forward Bray Ketchum (Greenwich, Conn.) had a pair of goals, while senior defenseman Helen Resor (Greenwich, Conn.) had a goal and an assist. The Golden Knights enter Friday's game with two players on the verge of 100 career points, as forwards Marie-Jo Gaudet and Britney Selina are both at 97. Gaudet has a team-high 14 goals and 28 points this season, while Selina has a team-high 19 assists as part of her 22 points. Lauren Dahm is fourth in the country in goals-against average (1.41) and fifth in save percentage (.938).

Yale-St. Lawrence
Yale got goals from senior forward Crysti Howser (Wilmette, Ill.) and freshman forward Aleca Hughes (Westwood, Mass.), but St. Lawrence broke open a 3-2 game with three goals in a span of four minutes early in the third period to win 6-2 this past November at Ingalls Rink, improving to 33-0-1 all-time vs. Yale. For the season the Saints are 10th in the country in scoring offense (3.25 goals per game). Forwards Alley Bero and Carson Duggan each had a goal and two assists against the Bulldogs, and Duggan leads the team in points (14-8-22). Brittony Chartier, a three-time member of the Canadian U-22 team who transferred to St. Lawrence from Minnesota, has a .927 save percentage and a 2.00 goals-against average. She stopped 19 shots last time vs. Yale.
