The 2007-08 marked a transitional period for Bray Ketchum, a
Greenwich Academy graduate and freshman on the Yale women's ice
hockey team. During her final three years at Greenwich Academy, she
played for championship teams, leading GA in points during each of
those seasons.
"It was a huge change from GA," said Ketchum over the phone on
Wednesday afternoon. "The game is much faster and the girls are a
lot stronger. Every game was very competitive at Yale."
In Ketchum's final campaign with the Greenwich Academy, she was also named the 2006-07 Boston Globe New England Prep School Athletic Council women's athlete of the year and the Prep School Division II player of the year.
