SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – After completing a three-game road
trip, the Union College women’s ice hockey team (2-6-0, 0-2-0
ECACH) begins the month of November returning home to begin a
four-game homestand starting with No. 10 Cornell (2-2-0, 2-0-0

The Dutchwomen made a strong performance last Saturday at
Princeton. Three players earned their first points on either their
career or on the season. Starting with freshman forward Rhianna
Kurio, who scored her first career goal in 16 seconds to give the
Dutchwomen the lead. Sophomore forward Lauren Cromartie scored her
first goal on the season with help from Kurio and sophomore
defenseman Kayleigh Melia, who notched her first career assist.
Although she had a slow start early in the season, sophomore
forward Émilie Arseneault has scored three goals in five
games, tying senior defenseman Jackie Koetteritz. Junior forward
Lauren Hoffman continues extending her team-leading points. After
assisting Arseneault’s goal at Princeton, Hoffman has
produced seven points in six goals, scoring two goals and recording
a career-high of five assists.
