Day Earns Top Honor
Union Director of Athletics Jim McLaughlin (l) and Lundy Day
SCHENECTADY, NY -- Senior goaltender Lundy Day, a 2009 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award finalist, was named the outstanding senior female student-athlete Thursday at the 2009 Union Athletics Senior Appreciation Dinner at College Park.
Day was the recipient of the Robert M. Ridings Award, presented to the outstanding senior female student athlete. Day shared the award with Union basketball and softball player Michelle Rogers.
