SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – After playing two-games at Syracuse
last weekend, the Union College Dutchwomen return home this weekend
for their only home-and-home series against rival Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute.
The first game, at Schenectady, is on Saturday at 2 p.m. Fans who
can’t make it to Messa Rink can watch the game live through
video (click here). The second contest, in Troy, is on the next day
at noon. Live stats are available for both games. (at Union, at
RPI).
Last weekend, it was déjà vu all over again for
freshman forward Rhianna Kurio, who once again scored the first
goal of the game last Sunday at Syracuse. Kurio scored on the power
play just over six minutes into the first period. Kurio’s
first game-opening goal was scored 16 seconds into the contest
against at Princeton on Oct. 31.
