SCHENECTADY, NY – The Dutchwomen’s ice hockey team
returns to the road and the ice on Friday and Saturday with a pair
of games against non-conference foe Sacred Heart. After enjoying
Thanksgiving meals, the two teams square off the day after turkey
day with a 7 p.m. contest. A 4 p.m. outing follows the next day.

is 4-5-0.
Union is coming off a 2-1 setback at the hands of RPI on Nov. 16.
Sophomore forward Callee Haywood scored her first goal of the
season late in the third period and seemed to ignite the
Dutchwomen. However, the Engineers notched the game-winner with
less than five minutes remaining. Senior goaltender Lundy Day
turned away 27 shots.
Union is 12-6-1 against Sacred Heart in a series that dates back
to 2000. The Pioneers began the series with a seven game unbeaten
streak, posting six wins and one tie. Lately, however, Union has
