Team Notes: Union Welcomes Vermont

SCHENECTADY, NY -– The Union College women's ice hockey
team returns to Messa Rink for a weekend series against Vermont,
starting on Friday, Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. Game two against the
Catamounts will be played on Saturday, Oct. 11 at 3 p.m. Dutchwomen
fans can follow the action through live stats and video
streaming.
After two games, senior forward Suzy Pocock (Sterling Heights, MI)
and sophomore forward Marissa Gentile (Groton, MA) lead the team
with two points each. Pocock has tallied a goal and an assist,
while Gentile has posted two assists.
Pocock is Union’s active career leader with 20 goals, 13
assists and 33 points. She ranks fourth all-time in school history
for goals and sixth all-time for points.
