RPI Opens Playoffs at Quinnipiac

The Record
TROY — Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s
women’s hockey game at Quinnipiac this season was one of the
Engineers worst, a 6-1 loss. Their home game against the Bobcats, 1
-0 victory, was one of their best.
The two-evenly matched teams meet this weekend in an ECAC Hockey
first-round series at Quinnipiac’s TD Banknorth Sports
Center.
The Bobcats, 18-8-8 overall, finished in fourth place in the ECACH
with a 11-4-7 record, while the 14-13-6 Engineers were fifth with
an 11-7-4.
