RPI Faces No. 1

TROY — The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute women’s hockey team returns home this weekend and puts its unbeaten record (2-0-2) on the line against – the No. 1 team in the nation.

Mercyhurst, 31-6-0 last season and NCAA championship-game participant, rumbles into Houston Field House with 16 players returned from that team.

The teams battle tonight at 7 and Saturday at 3.
