RPI on Verge of National Ranking

TROY — Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s
women’s hockey team has a golden opportunity in a pair of
homeice ECAC Hockey games this weekend.
Beat Princeton tonight (7) and Quinnipiac on Saturday (4) and the
Engineers will almost certainly earn their first national ranking
in the team’s four-year Division I history.
“Ah, we don’t concern ourselves with that
stuff,” said head coach John Burke. “We’re just
looking to get some points this weekend. All that other stuff is
just gravy. That doesn’t concern us.”
