Team Notes: Quinnipiac on the Road for First Time in League Play

The Quinnipiac University women's ice hockey team will travel to take on Brown and Yale in their first ECAC Hockey weekend series on the road. The Bobcats face off against the Bears Friday night at 7 p.m., and will travel to take on the Bulldogs on Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m. Quinnipiac most recently defeated Rensselaer, 6-1, on Oct. 31 at the TD Bank Sports Center.

Scouting the Bears
Brown posts a 1-3 record on the season thus far, with an 0-2 stance in the ECAC. The Bears most recently dropped a 3-1 contest at St. Lawrence on Oct. 31. Four different players have tallied the team-high of two points this season. Seniors Sasha Van Muyen, Nicole Brown, and Erin Connors, along with freshman Alena Polenska all currently tie for Brown's offensive lead. Freshman goaltender Katie Jamieson has appeared in all four games for the Bears, recording a .920 save percentage.

Scouting the Bulldogs
Yale currently holds an 0-2-1 overall record, with an 0-2 position in conference play. In their last outing, the Bulldogs lost to top-seeded Clarkson, 2-0, on Oct. 31. Junior forward Bray Ketchum currently leads the team offensively, as she has tallied a goal and an assist each for two points. Junior goaltender Jackee Snikeris has started all three games for the Bulldogs, and posts a .931 save percentage.
