Martindale and Romanchuk to Lead Princeton in 2010-11

PRINCETON - Princeton women's hockey head coach Jeff Kampersal has announced that Laura Martindale and Paula Romanchuk have been named the team's captains for the 2010-11 season.

"We are excited about Marty and Chuckie leading the 2010-11 Tigers," says Kampersal. "They are mature, humble, and hard-working. We are fortunate to be stockpiled with a team full of character. Marty and Chuckie represent the best of the best."

Martindale, currently a junior, is a defenseman from Kingston, Ont., who has 28 career points in 92 games and is a career +25, while Romanchuk, a sophomore from San Jose, has 44 points in 62 games and was a third-team All-ECAC selection this season.
