Christine Foster of Burlington plays for the women's hockey team
at Princeton University. The academically demanding school has a
tuition of about $33,000 per year. Christine is not on a
scholarship, but has some financial assistance.
Christine Foster, 21, is a Princetonian. The Nelson High School
graduate from Burlington joins a luminous list of New Jersey's
Princeton University alumni: novelist F. Scott Fitzgerald (class of
1917), First Lady Michelle Robinson-Obama (1985), Lisa Halaby,
Queen Noor of Jordan (1974), Georgetown University basketball
coach, John Thompson (1988), and former U.S. President Woodrow
Wilson (1879).
The former Lady Lord is in her fourth year of political science studies and as a Princeton Tiger, who "sets the standard of excellence on the ice, in the locker room, and in the classroom," said Jeff Kampersal, coach of the nationally ranked Lady Tigers hockey team.
