Pucci Reflects, Looks Forward

The ’10-’11 season for Harvard Hockey came to an end after our ECAC semi final. It really is a tough couple of weeks once the season ends. We go from being in the highlight of the season to just not playing at all, and for the first time, it becomes a reality that our group of players will not have the opportunity to lace up the skates and pull over the Harvard jersey together again.
When thinking about this past season, there are many things to look back on with pride whether it was a certain game we won, the growth and development as a team over the course of the season, or a united effort that was spilled out on the ice. On the ice during the last month of hockey, our team had the chance take part in several close games. In many of these games, we defeated our opponents with tremendous comebacks late in the game, specifically, our battles against Quinnipiac, St. Lawrence, and Northeastern. These victories were not just something we earned in one day, they were a product of an entire year’s worth of hard work that each individual put into the team both on and off the ice.
