Botterill Makes Teammates Better
The following article featuring former Harvard standout Jennifer Botterill appeared February 15 on the National Post Web site.
By Tim Wharnsby
Jennifer Botterill made a salient point about the state of women's
hockey.
She remarked that the women's game continues to grow around the
world, and countries outside Canada and the United States continue
to progress. But the fact is, the Canadian women also have advanced
their game and their depth, so the gap between the Canada and other
women hockey nations has remained distant.
Do you need an example of how dedicated the Canadian women have
been since they lost the 2009 world championship to the United
States in Finland last spring?
