Team Notes: Harvard Hits Ice for First Time

Harvard skates for the first time in 2009-10, hosting an
exhibition game against McGill, in the Crimson's final tuneup
before the start of the regular season.Saturday's game marks the
first of at least 21 times that Harvard will compete on home ice
this season.
Last Season
These two teams also met for an exhibition last season, with the
Crimson emerging with a 3-2 victory at Bright Hockey Center Oct.
25, 2008. In that contest, Jenny Brine '09 tallied a
power-play goal, while goaltender Christina Kessler stopped all
five shots she faced.
Crimson Captains
Harvard's two captains for the 2009-10 campaign are senior
defensemen Cori Bassett and Kathryn Farni.
