Team Notes: Harvard Set to Skate Against Boston U. in Beanpot

Harvard carries a four-game win streak into Tuesday’s
Beanpot semifinal against Boston University at Northeastern's
Matthews Arena. The Crimson has captured 12 Beanpot titles in the
30 years of the tournament, including last year when then-No. 1
Harvard knocked off the Terriers in the final at Walter Brown
Arena. The Crimson will face the Terriers in the first game of this
year's Beanpot at 5 p.m.
Harvard is 23-5-0 all-time in the Beanpot under Katey Stone, the
Landry Family Head Coach for Harvard Women’s Ice Hockey. The
Crimson has won nine Beanpots in her first 14 seasons at the
helm.
Series History
Tuesday’s matchup will be the 27th meeting between Harvard
and Boston University in a series that dates to the 1978-79 season.
The Terriers won the first three meetings and six of the first
seven, but Harvard has won 19 in a row against its crosstown rival.
