Feature: Points, Adjectives Abound for Vaillancourt

The following article featuring Harvard forward Sarah Vaillancourt appeared in the January 30 issue of The Winnipeg Free Press.

Sarah Vaillancourt will again be a leading candidate for the annual award that goes to the top player in U.S. college women's hockey. Her coach at Harvard, Katey Stone, already has her mind made up.

"She's having a great year," Stone says of the Canadian Olympian. "I feel as if I have a pretty keen eye on the talent in this country, and I think Sarah is the best player in college hockey."

Dynamic and versatile are some of the adjectives Stone uses in describing Vaillancourt as she speaks from her Massachusetts office.
