Team Notes: Harvard Looks to Return to Winning Ways

The Crimson returns to Bright Hockey Center looking to snap its two-game losing streak. Harvard is 3-2-1 in ECAC Hockey action, placing the team in fourth place, just two points shy of first-place Dartmouth.

After this weekend, the Crimson will not play an ECAC Hockey game again until Dec. 17. Harvard travels to Minnesota Nov. 28-29, before returning east to skate at New Hampshire Dec. 5. The Crimson will host UNH Dec. 12 and then make a trip to Connecticut Dec. 14.

Series History
Harvard owns a 13-1-1 record in the all-time series against Colgate and has won the last two meetings between the teams. Last year, the Crimson earned 4-0 and 3-2 wins during the regular season. Sarah Wilson scored twice, while Jenny Brine and Anna McDonald each tallied one goal and Christina Kessler made 13 stops for the 4-0 victory Jan. 5 at Bright. On Feb. 22, Sarah Vaillancourt scored the game winner on a short-handed goal at 17:32 of the third period.
