Morgan Elevated to Associate Coach

HANOVER, N.H. -- Dartmouth head coach Mark Hudak announced today that Rob Morgan has been promoted to associate head coach for the Big Green.

"Rob has done an excellent job of recruiting and coaching Dartmouth student-athletes over the last five years," said Hudak. "I am extremely pleased to recognize Rob for the outstanding job he's done here. Rob is respected by all those who know him, in and out of hockey. He is well deserving of this new position. Both he and Holley Tyng, our other assistant, do an outstanding job with our student-athletes. They are a huge part of our program and we would not be as successful without them both."

Morgan is entering his sixth season as a member of the Dartmouth coaching staff. He has been an assistant under Hudak since he took the head coaching job back in 2003 and the two have enjoyed many successful seasons. Morgan has contributed to two Ivy League championships, one ECAC Hockey regular season and tournament championship, two NCAA Frozen Four appearances and four NCAA appearances
