Team Notes: Dartmouth Prepares for Busy Opening Week

HANOVER, N.H. -- The Dartmouth women's hockey team opens its
2008-09 home schedule tomorrow night as Boston College comes to
Hanover for a 7 p.m. face-off, while the Big Green will also play
ECAC Hockey rivals Union and Rensselaer this weekend.
Dartmouth will be facing Union on Friday night at 7 p.m. and
Rensselaer on Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m.
Also a reminder to all fans that the women’s hockey team
will be hosting a fun-filled afternoon at Thompson Arena this
coming Sunday at 12 p.m. for its annual Skate with the Big Green
presented by White River Toyota.The Skate with the Big Green event
is free and open to the public, however participants are asked to
bring their own equipment. This year Ben & Jerry’s will
be serving free ice cream during the skate.
