Spotlight on Amy Cobb
The following article featuring Dartmouth defenseman Amy Cobb appeared January 23 on the Dartmouth Web site.
As a senior on the Dartmouth women's hockey team, defenseman Amy
Cobb has certainly played past her first year at age eight.
"I was the first one to play in my family and my parents said I
would give up after a year," said Cobb. "I began playing because
one of my best friends played when I was little and I just decided
to play on my own."
Since then, the blue liner has played five years of varsity hockey
at the Blake School in Minnesota and 116 career games in Division I
women's hockey for the Dartmouth Big Green.
