HAMILTON, N.Y. - The Colgate head women’s ice hockey coach Scott Wiley has announced the hiring of Karine Senécal as a new assistant coach.

"We are thrilled to have Karine join our staff," stated Wiley. “We were very fortunate to attract someone who has had a very successful playing career as well as division I coaching experience. Her knowledge of the game and her background in all facets of coaching will be a huge benefit to our players. She will be a tremendous asset to our program."

Senécal comes to Colgate after serving as an assistant coach for the women's ice hockey team at the University of Maine since 2007.
