Team Notes: Raiders Bound for New England

HAMILTON, N.Y. -- The Colgate University women’s ice hockey continues ECAC Hockey this weekend as it travels to face No. 9 Harvard Friday (Nov. 21) and No. 5/6 Dartmouth Saturday (Nov. 22). The opening face-off for Friday’s game is at 7 p.m. with Saturday’s game set for 4 p.m. Both games will feature live stats provided on the Colgate Athletics Web site.

Colgate sports a 7-6 overall record 2-2 in ECAC Hockey after a weekend split with Yale (4-2) and Brown (3-4). Leading the Raiders up front is senior Sam Hunt (Calgary, Alta.) with 13 points. Hunt has seven goals and six assists. Sophomore Hannah Milan (Great Barrington, Mass.) and juniors Katie Stewart (Exeter, Ont.) and Marissa Dombovy (Webster, N.Y.), each have 11 points while senior Elin Brown (Calgary, Alta.) and junior Evan Minnick (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) have 10. Hunt leads the team in goals with seven while senior Kiira Dosdall (Fairfield, Conn.) leads in assists with 12.

Dosdall headlines the defense with a team-high 14 points off two goals and 12 assists while senior Clancy Todd (Thorold, Ont.) has four and freshman Kristi-Lyn Pollock (Virden, Man.) three.
