Team Notes: Colgate Welcomes Niagara

HAMILTON, N.Y. -– The Colgate University women’s
hockey team hosts Niagara University in a pair of games this
weekend Oct. 17 and 18. Opening face-off for both Friday and
Saturday games is set for 3 p.m.
Friday’s game will be webcast live via Colgate All-Access.
Live Stats will be available for both games, free of charge. Links
for both will be provided on the Colgate Athletics Web Site.
Colgate holds a slight 6-5-1 edge in the all-time series with the
Purple Eagles. The Raiders are unbeaten in the last three meetings,
including a 1-1 tie on Oct. 7, 2006. The last time Niagara was at
Starr Rink, the Raiders swept the series taking the first game,
2-1, followed by a 3-0 shutout.
