Team Notes: Raiders Set to Host Bears, Bulldogs

HAMILTON, N.Y. -- The Colgate University women’s ice
hockey continues ECAC Hockey this weekend as it hosts Yale Friday
(Nov. 14) and Brown Saturday (Nov. 15) at Starr Rink. The opening
face-off for Friday’s game is at 7 p.m. with Saturday’s
game set for 4 p.m. Both games will feature live stats provided on
the Colgate Athletics Web site.
Colgate sports a 6-5 overall record 1-1 in ECAC Hockey after a
weekend split with Quinnipiac (2-3) and Princeton (3-1). Leading
the Raiders up front is senior Sam Hunt (Calgary, Alta.) and
sophomore Hannah Milan (Great Barrington, Mass.) with 11 and 10
points, respectively. Hunt has seven goals and four assists, while
Milan has five and five. Senior Elin Brown (Calgary, Alta.) and
juniors Marissa Dombovy (Webster, N.Y.), Katie Stewart (Exeter,
Ont.) and Evan Minnick (Highlands Ranch, Colo.) each have eight
points.
Hunt leads the team in goals with seven while senior Kiira Dosdall
(Fairfield, Conn.) leads in assists with 11. Dosdall headlines the
defenders with a team-high 13 points off two goals and 11 assists
while senior Clancy Todd (Thorold, Ont.) has four and freshman
Kristi-Lyn Pollock (Virden, Man.) three.
