McKenney Named Clarkson's Most Valuable Player

Senior Kimberly McKenney (Smiths Falls, ONT) was named the Most
Valuable Player of the Clarkson University Women’s Hockey
team, highlighting the awards at the Golden Knights’
end-of-season banquet on March 28.
Junior Britney Selina (Thornhill, ONT) was named the Coaches Award
winner, while freshman Juana Baribeau (Amos, QUE) was selected
Clarkson’s Rookie of the Year.
Clarkson also paid tribute to the Class of 2009. McKenney along
with classmates Marie-Jo Gaudet (Sherbrooke, QUE) and Courtney
O’Connor (Chicago, IL) closed out their collegiate careers by
leading the Green and Gold to their fourth straight winning season
and another berth in postseason play.
