Four Teams Garner National Recognition

Princeton earned a spot in the national polls for the first time this season, joining league trio St. Lawrence, Harvard and Dartmouth among the nation's top 10 teams in the latest polls, released November 13.
The Tigers share the No. 10 slot with Boston College, registering five points in the USCHO.com poll. Princeton, which sports a 3-3-2 overall record, enjoyed a week in which it posted a pair of victories on the road--a 4-2 triumph over Boston U. Saturday and a 2-1 win over No. 1 New Hampshire.
St. Lawrence maintained its top-five ranking in both polls, earning the No. 5 slot. The Saints totaled 114 points in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll and 78 points in the USCHO.com poll based upon their 8-2 overall record. St. Lawrence defeated visiting Union (7-0) and Rensselaer (3-0) last weekend.
Harvard (2-0-0) earned the No. 6 spot in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll and No. 7 slot in the USCHO.com poll. The Crimson earned one first-place vote in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll and totaled 100 points. Harvard totaled 66 points in the poll.
Dartmouth (4-0-1) moved up one spot to No. 8 in the USCHO.com poll and held firm at No. 9 in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll based upon its road victory (2-1) over Providence Sunday. The Big Green registered 39 points in the USCHO.com poll and 36 points in the USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine poll.
