NEW HAVEN — In an informal survey conducted amongst his
Yale men’s hockey teammates, Kevin Peel was voted as
strongest man on the team.
It was a bit of irony on the team’s part — a paradox
along the same line of calling a slowpoke “wheels” or a
fat guy “tiny”. Asked about his title, Peel rolls up
his shirt sleeve and reveals a biceps muscle that’s more Mr.
Bean than Mr. Universe.
Yale strength and conditioning coach Joe Maher happens to be
walking past at that very moment.
