ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. — If game statistics aren’t a sufficient measure of Ryan Rondeau’s brilliant season in goal for the Yale hockey team, then how about the Pairwise Rankings, which lists Yale as the No. 1 team in the country and likely the No. 1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament next week.

If being the second-ranked goalie in the nation in goals allowed per game (behind Aaron Dell of North Dakota) isn’t commendation enough, then how about the college hockey RPI, which finds Yale as the No. 3 team in the nation and best in ECAC hockey.

If ranking second in winning percentage to only Boston College’s John Muse isn’t selling you on the type of season Rondeau is having, then how about the national rankings which find Yale third, and best in the ECAC.
