Opportunity continues to knock on Kenny Agostino’s door.

After helping Delbarton win a state ice hockey championship in his senior season, the Mount Olive resident was drafted in the fifth round of the 2010 NHL Draft by the Pittsburgh Penguins. From there, Agostino headed off to Yale University to embark on his collegiate hockey career, where he posted 11 goals and 14 assists in 31 games for the highly-ranked Bulldogs this past winter while garnering several ECAC rookie honors, including being named Academic All-ECAC.

On Friday, Agostino will attempt to add to his scrapbook when he heads to Lake Placid, N.Y., as part of an invited 40-man roster for the U.S. National Junior Evaluation Camp.
