Bulldogs have Become One Tough Ticket
It was a full two hours before the puck was set to drop for the
Jan. 21 game between Yale and Clarkson, but a line had already
formed at the Ingalls Rink ticket window.
Within 20 minutes, it was long enough to snake around the sidewalk
and down Prospect Street. Frigid temperatures weren’t about
to stop bundled-up fans from waiting over an hour to snatch up the
few remaining tickets.
The next night, with the game against St. Lawrence sold out days
in advance, desperate fans approached anyone who happened to walk
past to ask the same question: “Got any extra
tickets?”
