Higgins Keeping his Perspective

Chris Higgins can see it.
He’s taking a stroll down the beach with the Stanley Cup, near his Long Island home of Smithtown, N.Y., spending a day celebrating with family and friends.
“I think everybody thinks about that at some point in their life,” said Higgins. “You have so many people to thank and so many people that have helped you, not only in hockey but along the way in life. It’s your opportunity to thank them for everything they’ve done. It doesn’t get much better than that.”
