Richards Returns to Rockford
ROCKFORD, Ill. - The Chicago Blackhawks announced on Saturday
that the National Hockey League club reassigned former Yale goalie
Alec Richards from the Toledo Walleye of the ECHL to the American
Hockey League’s Rockford IceHogs.
Richards, 22, has an 8-3-0-3 record with a 3.11 goals against
average and .903 save percentage in 14 games with Toledo. He is
2-1-0-0 with Rockford in three starts with a 2.02 goals against
average and .929 save percentage.
