Yale coach Keith Allain’s emotions overtook him after the
Bulldogs’ 5-0 win against Cornell in ECAC Hockey’s
championship final in Albany, N.Y., which earned them their
first-ever ECAC Hockey championship.
“You don’t know the price this team has paid for this
championship,” Allain said. “It was their tournament
and their victory.
“I can’t explain how proud I am of them
tonight.”
