Turner Assigned to Gwinnett
DULUTH, Ga. -- The Gwinnett Gladiators announced that Rockford
of the American Hockey League has assigned former Yale defenseman
Brennan Turner to the Gladiators.
Gwinnett is the ECHL affiliate of the Blackhawks and the Atlanta
Thrashers of the NHL and Rockford and the Chicago Wolves of the
AHL. Mike Haviland, who is one of two coaches to lead two different
teams to the Kelly Championship, and John Torchetti, who was a
coach and player in the ECHL, are assistant coaches for the
Blackhawks.
