Boileau Garners Academic Accolades

SCHENECTADY, NY -- Union forward Stephane
Boileau has received ESPN the Magazine/CoSIDA Academic
All-District Honors. Boileau was a First-Team All-District
selection for the at-large program.
Boileau, who carries a 3.88 GPA om Neuroscience, was a finalist of
the ECAC Hockey Student-Athlete of the Year award and will be
making his second-straight appearance on the ECAC Hockey
All-Academic team. The winner of the Thomas Vanarden Dukehard award
for the highest GPA on the men's ice hockey team, Boileau was named
Union College's junior student-athlete of the year. He highest
sixth on the team in 2009-10 with 21 points, producing eight goals
and 13 assists in 35 games. Boileau's selection to the first team
makes him eligible for Academic All-American honors, which will be
announced on June 8.
