EHC München Signs Webb
EHC München (Germany) announced the signing of former Union standout Jordan Webb for the 2010-11 season. Webb spent the past three seasons with Kaufbeuren (Germany), and has spent his entire five-year professional career playing in Germany.
A native of Nepean, Ontario, Webb netted 24 goals and added 48 assists for 72 points in 52 regular-season contests during the 2009-10 season. In three seasons with Kaufbeuren, Webb scored 93 goals and set up 193 tallies in 162 games.
"Jordan is keen on his chance to establish himself with us in the DEL," said EHC Manager Christian Winkler. "We want to give him this chance. It fits perfectly into our concept."
Webb skated for the Dutchmen from 2001-02 through 2004-05, amassing 114 points, including 55 goals, in 138 contests. He registered 17 goals and 20 assists as a freshman in 2002-03, which was his top offensive campaign.
After graduating from Union, Webb joined Landsberg (Germany) in 2005-06, and followed by signing with Hannover (Germany) in 2006-07.
