Glenn Runs with the Red Bulls

The Red Bulls of EC Salzburg (Austria) announced Tuesday the addition of former St. Lawrence standout Ryan Glenn.

Glenn joins Salzburg from Ilves Tampere (Finland) with whom he has spent the past three seasons. In 32 games with Ilves this season, he compiled four goals and five assists. Overall, Glenn has appeared in 105 games with Ilves Tampere, registering 30 points, including 15 goals.

Glenn has been competing in Europe since the start of the 2008-09 when he competed with Troja/Ljungby IF (Sweden). He also participated with Södertälje (Sweden) during the 2009-10 campaign.

Prior to arriving in Europe, Glenn spent four seasons competing in the American Hockey League (AHL) and East Coast Hockey League (ECHL). He played 161 games in the AHL and 103 games in ECHL.

The Port Coquitlam, British Columbia native was a four-year standout at St. Lawrence (2000-04). In 145 collegiate contests, Glenn scored 18 goals and registered 38 assists. His top offensive campaign came in his senior season when he scored times and set up 22 tallies.
