McBride Returns to Jackals
ELMIRA, N.Y. -- The Elmira Jackals announced Wednesday that center Brock McBride, a former St. Lawrence standout, has been returned to the club from the AHL's Houston Aeros. The Jackals take on the Toledo Walleye tonight at 7:00 p.m. on the road.
McBride, a second-year pro from Cornwall, Ontario, has points in all eight games with the Jackals this season (3g-8a-11p) and has six points (3g-3a) in 19 games with the Aeros in 2010-2011. His eight-game point streak is the third-longest current streak in the ECHL.
This will be McBride's first action with the Jackals since Dec. 18 when Elmira shut out Toledo, 5-0.
