Generous to Showcase Skills in AHL
READING, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that former St. Lawrence defenseman Matt Generous has been loaned to the Lake Erie Monsters of the AHL.
Generous, a second year pro from Cheshire, Connecticut, has scored a goal, assisted on four others (five points) and picked up twenty penalty minutes in twenty-two games for the Royals this season. This marks the first call-up of the year for Generous, who has played sixty-five AHL games in his pro career.
