Ross Assigned to Reading
READING, PA – The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of
the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey
League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today
announced that former St. Lawrence defenseman Jared Ross has been
assigned to Reading from the Providence Bruins of the AHL.
This marks the fourth stint in Reading for Ross, a first year pro
from Stony Island, Nova Scotia. During the regular season, he
played a total of 29 games for the Royals and picked up five points
(3g-2a) and 29 penalty minutes. In 48 games with the P-Bruins, Ross
scored one goal, assisted on six others (seven points) and picked
up 14 penalty minutes.
