Concussions Weigh Heavy on Keller

CANTON— Jared Keller wakes up most days feeling a little woozy. When he's in a crowded room, dizziness forces him to leave.

He is the victim of multiple concussions that threaten his hockey career. He faces a potentially life-altering decision in the coming weeks — play or retire.

He missed all but 11 games last season for St. Lawrence University after a second concussion within three weeks of his first sidelined him for the team's 28 remaining games.
