Colorado Retains Hogg
WINDSOR, Colo. - The Colorado Eagles of the Central Hockey League (CHL) announced that they have re-signed former St. Lawrence standout Adam Hogg for the 2010-11 season.
Hogg came to Colorado as the player-to-be-named in a 2008 trade of Paul Esdale, a former Brown standout. He showed a knack for clutch scoring as a rookie with Corpus Christi (registering four shorthanded goals and three game-winners), and has improved with additional playing time every year since.
Last season, the 5-foot-11-inch, 195-pound forward set a career high in assists (12) and plus/minus (+8) while falling five goals short of his previous high despite missing a third of the season due to two stints on the IR. His shooting percentage (.167) was tops on the team and also a career high.
